We’re officially accepting vendor applications for the 2026 Kerstmarkt, our 29th season! This year our form is online. Feel free to contact us with any questions.
Thank you for your interest in being a vendor in the 2026 Kerstmarkt, our 29th year. The Kerstmarkt is a nonprofit organization administered by a all-volunteer group who’s mission is to promote the Dutch Kerstmarkt tradition here in Holland, Michigan by providing a venue for our local artisans and an outdoor European style Christmas market for our community to enjoy during the holiday season. The Kerstmarkt will begin accepting applications through our website for the 2026 season starting Monday, March 8th. Our final deadline for applications, to be considered for the 2026 Kerstmarkt is August 1st.
Tier 1 Pricing:
All applications must be in by June 1st to qualify for tier 1 pricing.
Full Season Vendors $600 (Five weekends, ten-day vendor)
Single Weekend Vendors $150 per weekend (One weekend, two-day vendor)
Multiple Weekend Vendors $150 per weekend. (Two or more weekends)
All vendors are reviewed for participation and will be notified by June 15th of your acceptance/non-acceptance. Once accepted the vendor contract must be signed, and the vendor fee is due in full by June 30th.
Nonpayment of the vendor fee by June 30th will automatically put you into the next tier of vendors to be reviewed for acceptance. You will be notified by July 15th of your acceptance/non-acceptance.
Tier 2 Pricing:
All applications must be in by July 1st to qualify for tier 2 pricing.

Single Weekend Vendors $175 per weekend (One weekend, two-day vendor)
Multiple Weekend Vendors $175 per weekend (Two or more weekends)
All vendors are reviewed for participation and will be notified by July 15th of your acceptance/non-acceptance. Once accepted the vendor contract must be signed, and the vendor fee is due in full by July 30th.
Nonpayment of the vendor fee by July 30th will automatically put you into the next tier of vendors to be reviewed for acceptance. You will be notified by August 15th of your acceptance/non-acceptance.
Tier 3 Pricing:
LAST CALL! All applications must be in by August 1st to be considered for Kerstmarkt 2026.
Full Season Vendors $700 (Five weekends, ten-day vendor)
Single Weekend Vendors $200 per weekend (One weekend, two-day vendor)
Multiple Weekend Vendors $200 per weekend (Two or more weekends)
All vendors are reviewed for participation and will be notified by August 15th of your acceptance/non-acceptance. Once accepted the vendor contract must be signed, and the vendor fee is due in full by August 30th. Nonpayment of the vendor fee by August 30th will release your booth to another vendor.
If you are accepted, find yourself unable to participate, and notify the Kerstmarkt Holland LLC Committee in writing before September 1st, the vendor fee (minus $100) is refundable. No refunds after September 1st. Previous participation in the Kerstmarkt does NOT guarantee participation in future events.
